The HR Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and policies relating to: performance management, employee relations, recruitment, HR information systems, compensation and benefits, employee wellness, health and safety, disability management, equity diversity and inclusion.
The Junior Accountant will work closely with Motif’s finance team and report directly to the CFO. The successful applicant will have accounting experience, is detail oriented and has superior analytical skills.
This position will spend the majority of their day working with their hands: supporting shipping and receiving activities, assembling equipment, moving inventory, and providing maintenance support for processing equipment.
